Client overview

The Client

ITC Asset Management is a Sydney-based, ISO-certified specialist in secure IT asset disposal (ITAD), certified data destruction and sustainable e-waste recycling servicing corporate, government and not-for-profit clients including Camp Quality and Carers NSW.

Holding ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, ITC competes in a highly regulated category where compliance, traceability and trust determine who wins the contract. They already had a live website, but it no longer reflected the maturity of the business — which is why they engaged PMGS to completely redesign it.

Before-and-after comparison — legacy ITC brochure site versus redesigned itcassetmanagement.com.au with dark hero, Certified & Sustainable E-Waste Solutions in Sydney headline, embedded Submit Your Request form and 1300 048 226 sticky phone CTA.

The Challenge

ITC came to PMGS with an existing but underperforming website. The legacy site functioned as a static brochure in a category where corporate buyers expect compliance proof, fast enquiry paths, and clinical clarity. A cosmetic refresh wasn’t going to cut it; ITC needed a full redesign from the ground up.

The corporate buyer persona — IT managers, sustainability officers and ops leaders — demands compliance proof and a one‑click path to request collection. The existing site delivered none of this, which is why a full redesign, not a reskin, was the right call.

Key issues in the old site

  • Submit Your Request form buried below the fold — no clear enquiry funnel
  • ISO certifications and named client logos hidden — trust assets underused
  • Fragmented service architecture — ITAD, e-waste and data destruction were not structured for SEO or buyer intent
  • Core Web Vitals & PSI risk — legacy build was uncompetitive for Google rankings
  • Mobile UX gaps — no sticky click-to-call, non-responsive forms, cluttered navigation

The PMGS Strategy

PMGS delivered an end‑to‑end website redesign: discovery, information architecture, visual design, WordPress rebuild, on‑page SEO, performance tuning and launch, replacing the legacy site with a platform engineered to convert corporate enquiries and score perfect marks on Google PageSpeed Insights.

Creative direction: a trust-first dark and green palette reflecting ITC’s sustainability positioning; bold typographic hero (“Certified & Sustainable E‑Waste Solutions in Sydney”); ISO certification badges surfaced site-wide; a dominant “Submit Your Request” enquiry form embedded beside the hero on the homepage; sticky phone CTA (1300 048 226) in every header.

Redesigned IA structure: rebuilt the site architecture around buyer intent — primary navigation now covers Services, Industries, Locations, Resources, About Us and Certifications & Compliance. The new homepage showcases core services (ITAD, E‑Waste Recycling, Data Destruction, Equipment Collection) as cards, with deeper services, industries and locations accessible via nav and footer.

Three-step process module: Submit Your Request → Secure Collection → Certified Recycling & Reporting — a simplified flow designed to remove the friction that existed in the old site.

Technical execution: rebuilt on a lightweight WordPress/Elementor stack with semantic HTML, preloaded fonts, optimised imagery, schema-ready markup and HTTPS — producing perfect 100/100 SEO and 100/100 Best Practices scores in Google PageSpeed Insights at launch.
