PMGS delivered an end‑to‑end website redesign: discovery, information architecture, visual design, WordPress rebuild, on‑page SEO, performance tuning and launch, replacing the legacy site with a platform engineered to convert corporate enquiries and score perfect marks on Google PageSpeed Insights.
Creative direction: a trust-first dark and green palette reflecting ITC’s sustainability positioning; bold typographic hero (“Certified & Sustainable E‑Waste Solutions in Sydney”); ISO certification badges surfaced site-wide; a dominant “Submit Your Request” enquiry form embedded beside the hero on the homepage; sticky phone CTA (1300 048 226) in every header.
Redesigned IA structure: rebuilt the site architecture around buyer intent — primary navigation now covers Services, Industries, Locations, Resources, About Us and Certifications & Compliance. The new homepage showcases core services (ITAD, E‑Waste Recycling, Data Destruction, Equipment Collection) as cards, with deeper services, industries and locations accessible via nav and footer.
Three-step process module: Submit Your Request → Secure Collection → Certified Recycling & Reporting — a simplified flow designed to remove the friction that existed in the old site.
Technical execution: rebuilt on a lightweight WordPress/Elementor stack with semantic HTML, preloaded fonts, optimised imagery, schema-ready markup and HTTPS — producing perfect 100/100 SEO and 100/100 Best Practices scores in Google PageSpeed Insights at launch.
